With over 13 years of experience in the software industry, I’ve had the opportunity to wear multiple hats — from hands-on development to solution architecture, and most recently, Technical Delivery Management. In my latest role, I was responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of complex technical products that align with both business and customer needs. I build realistic and efficient delivery plans, manage risks and costs, and lead cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies. I also actively contribute to technical architecture decisions, leveraging my background as a former Software Architect.
